We are seeking a high-calibr sales professional to join a pioneering medical device company as a Territory Business Manager covering the North of England and Scotland region. This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling business where you will own your territory and drive the adoption of a groundbreaking specialist veterinary device.


The Role

  • Strategic Growth: You will develop a defined territory with a focus on referral centers and first-opinion veterinarians across companion animal and equine settings.
  • Consultative Sales: Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial prospecting through to post-sale clinical support and training.
  • Quality Over Quantity: Our client values the depth of your professional relationships and the quality of your interactions rather than simple call metrics.
  • Clinical Engagement: Lead product launches and conduct scoping meetings with ophthalmology specialists and vets with a special interest in ocular health.

Your Profile

  • Proven sales success within the animal health industry.
  • A degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related scientific discipline.
  • A motivated self-starter comfortable working independently in a hybrid, remote-based environment.


The Package

  • Base Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus: A performance-related bonus of 15% – 20%.
  • Benefits: Company car or car allowance, pension, and private healthcare.
