We are working with a globally established veterinary group to recruit an ambitious Territory Sales Manager, with the opportunity to fast-track into team management.


The Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing partnerships with veterinary clinics and promoting the adoption of company services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, prospecting, and building strong, long-term relationships with veterinary clinics and key decision-makers within your territory
  • Understanding each clinic’s unique needs and aligning preventative care solutions to support their business growth and clinical objectives
  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and attendance at industry events
  • Managing the full sales cycle, maintaining an accurate and healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion using CRM tools
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the growth of clinic partners and the utilization of products in clinic
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional ongoing client experience
  • Representing the organisation professionally at all times, upholding company values and brand reputation



What’s Needed From You:

  • Located within a 7 hour radius of Atlanta. Able to cover Georgia as a territory.
  • Proven experience in veterinary sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, influence, and build trust
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple leads, opportunities, and territories effectively
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and report forecasts
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or 5+ years’ proven experience within the animal health or veterinary sector
