With operations across international markets, the company has built a strong reputation for providing farmers with data driven solutions that drive efficiency and operational performance through their hardware, intelligent monitoring systems and digital management platforms. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Define and own the global commercial growth strategy and revenue performance for the international dairy sector.
• Transform individual hardware assets, identification systems, precision sensors, and software platforms into one unified, high-value commercial proposition.
• Build high-level trust and strategic relationships across the international dairy industry.
• Build the sales strategy, including product launches, subscription models, and solution-selling tools and guide regional teams to execute it worldwide.

Requirements:

• Extensive commercial experience in the dairy industry with a background in ag tech. 
• Proven experience of working within US markets is preferred. 
• A leader in proposition management. 
• Prior product management experience is desirable. 
• A well established network with the dairy industry. 
• Based in the US or Europe with a willingness to travel 30% of the time. 

Remuneration: 

• The basic salary and full benefits for this position is dependent on geographical area and level of experience:
• US: $170,000–$180,000, EUR: €145,000 – €155,000, GBP: £125,000 – £135,000
• 30% performance bonus

• Pension
