Regional Commercial Manager

Home-Based - Spain - With International Travel

An established international agricultural organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Regional Commercial Manager to lead its commercial activities across Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.

This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a substantial and established region, with experienced sales and technical teams already operating successfully across each market.

You'll be leading a team of direct reports and taking full ownership of P&L, budgets, sales performance and the ongoing commercial development of the region.

This is a senior leadership role, but one that remains closely connected to customers and the market. The successful individual will be expected to provide clear strategic direction whilst remaining visible within the field, supporting the teams and becoming involved in key accounts and significant commercial opportunities.

The region operates through a combination of routes to market including direct-to-farm and established distributor networks.

The successful candidates will ideally bring:

  • Strong commercial and people leadership experience
  • Experience working within the agricultural or animal health sector
  • Experience working across multiple countries, ideally at least to South European markets
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • P&L and budget responsibility
  • An understanding of direct and distributor-led commercial models
  • Fluent English and French (Spanish and/or Italian would be highly advantageous)

Beyond experience, we are looking for an open, credible and collaborative leader who can build strong relationships, listen to different perspectives and create alignment across different teams and markets.

The successful individual will join a well-established international organisation offering considerable autonomy, access to experienced European leadership and the opportunity to have a meaningful influence on the continued development of the Southern European business.

The package includes a base salary of up to €150,000 + an attractive bonus + other benefits.
