International Key Account Manager
Based - France (with frequent travel across UK, Ireland & Europe)
A leading international animal health business is seeking a dynamic International Key Account Manager to be based in France, supporting strategic growth across the UK, Ireland and European markets. This role is focused on managing and expanding multinational key accounts across a portfolio of companion and large animal products.
The Opportunity
From your home base in France, you will work closely with international customers and internal teams, travelling frequently across Europe to strengthen partnerships and drive commercial performance.
You will:
- Own and develop strategic relationships within complex global organisations.
- Create and implement comprehensive account development plans.
- Drive new business across both existing and future product portfolios.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term supply partnerships.
- Support launch strategies and maximise portfolio penetration within key accounts.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and performance metrics.
- Deliver product and commercial presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure robust forecasting, reporting and CRM management.
- Contribute to wider operational and commercial planning initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a confident, engaging and commercially focused professional who can influence at senior level and drive results across international markets.
You will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Animal Health B2B sector.
- Experience managing strategic or multinational key accounts.
- Strong understanding of global animal health industry structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage complexity and long sales cycles.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary, Agriculture, Animal Science or related discipline (preferred).
