Job Title: Veterinary Technical Manager

Location: UK & IE (Hybrid/Office Based)

We’re hiring on behalf of a global leader in companion animal health for a Veterinary Affairs Manager to lead and develop a team of Veterinary Advisors. This is a rare opportunity to combine your clinical expertise, commercial mindset, and leadership skills in a role that shapes veterinary engagement, education, and strategy on a national level.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a talented team of PCVs, coaching and guiding their impact in vet practices, universities, and corporate accounts
  • Drive veterinary recommendation and brand loyalty through education, strategic partnerships, and expert support
  • Champion key accounts by developing meaningful relationships with veterinary corporates and head office teams
  • Oversee university engagement, student programmes, CPD events, and professional association partnerships
  • Support and train the sales team, helping them deliver best-in-class nutritional education to clinics
  • Manage the technical helpline and provide expertise for sensitive or complex cases


Requirements:


  • MRCVS with 4+ years in small animal practice
  • Commercial experience (or strong interest in transitioning into industry)
  • Natural leader with coaching skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong communicator, confident in both clinical and business discussions
  • Knowledge of animal health or previous industry experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working nationally with regular travel
