Are you a driven, high-energy sales hunter who loves being On-Farm?

We are partnering with a premier global provider of dairy genetics and herd management solutions, looking for a goal-driven, proactive Territory Sales Manager to take charge of the Devon and Cornwall territory.

While you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, your primary focus will be hunting for new business and getting out on-farm to build genuine, consultative relationships with progressive dairy producers. Whether you’re in the yard, the parlour, or the office, you’ll be offering high-value solutions that directly impact farm profitability and herd efficiency.

Location: Devon and Cornwall (Field based)

Base Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Earning Potential: 7.5% margin commission (paid monthly) + 7.5% margin growth (annual bonus)

Package: Company Car (Hybrid or EV), 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Continuous Training

The Role:

• Promote and Sell a wide product portfolio including Genetics and Semen, Animal Health and Nutrition, and Ag Tech.
• Drive New Business: Proactively prospect, cold-call, and win new dairy client accounts across Devon.
• On-Farm Consultation: Visit farms to assess producer needs and deliver tailored solutions across genetics, health, and farm technology.
• Account Growth: Maintain existing relationships while continually identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Commercial Execution: Track monthly sales targets, manage account balances, and execute territory growth strategies.

The Successful Candidate:

• Attitude & Energy First: High enthusiasm, competitive drive, and strong persuasive skills
• Farm-Ready: Fully comfortable walking onto farms, building immediate rapport, and talking shop with farmers.
• Industry & Sales Experience: Practical agricultural/dairy sector knowledge combined with proven direct sales experience.
• Tech & Genetic Savvy: Familiarity with dairy management software and livestock genetics is a major advantage.
• Mobility: Full UK Driving License
