Noble Futures are working exclusively with a global leader in the agricultural technology sector, renowned for over a century of innovation in food production. This business provides the world’s dairy farmers with the tools to do more with less through state-of-the-art automation and robotics. They are currently seeking a self-motivated engineer to join a specialised, experienced team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and farm efficiency. For the successful candidate this role offers a state of the art training package and significant progression opportunities which will enable them to make their mark in the industry. 


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a gold standard of service and support for robotic milking systems.
  • Act as a technical consultant for existing and prospective customers, supporting district managers with expert inquiries.
  • Manage and prioritise your own workload while maintaining a solutions-focused approach to complex mechanical and IT challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with the regional team while occasionally traveling to support broader dealer networks or attend advanced training.


Key Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of the dairy farming industry or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • The ability to be organised and good at time management.
  • Happy to travel extensively at times within the area.
  • Experience using CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • The ability to be flexible toward customers needs.
  • An engineering or electrical background would be preferred.
