Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: South UK (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing across the UK for a respected animal health organisation. This is a senior, hands-on role managing a small team and shaping how they engage veterinary professionals and customers across the UK.

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering local marketing strategy, planning impactful campaigns, and ensuring excellent execution across channels. Working closely with colleagues in Product, Sales and Operations, you’ll play a key role in driving brand growth and strengthening their market position.

This role would suit a broad marketing generalist who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who thrives in a collaborative and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and planning
• Manage and develop a small marketing team, ensuring strong delivery and collaboration
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content and partner channels
• Support product marketing initiatives, including launches, messaging and sales enablement
• Partner closely with Sales, Product and Operations teams to ensure marketing supports commercial goals
• Use insight and performance data to optimise campaigns and marketing effectiveness
• Manage agencies and external partners where required
• Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning

About You

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
• Strong marketing generalist skillset spanning strategy, campaigns and execution
• Experience within veterinary, animal health, healthcare or related sectors
• Comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands-on
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Commercially aware with a focus on driving growth and measurable results
• Positive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for growth and change
