Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans aimed at accelerating sales growth, expanding market share and strengthening brand presence.
- Drive innovative marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital strategy and the adoption of new technologies.
- Manage and optimise marketing initiatives for both existing products and new launches, ensuring effective market positioning.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team to exceed performance targets.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.

What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years’ marketing experience, including both traditional and digital channels
- Proven people management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
- A track record of delivering results and achieving marketing objectives
- Industry experience or in-depth knowledge of the veterinary, animal health, agricultural or equine sector is essential
