UK & Ireland Sales Manager (Animal Health Sector)

You'll be responsible for driving the commercial growth across the UK and Ireland, leading from the front while supporting and developing a high-performing sales team. Whether you've managed people before or not, what matters most is your ability to inspire others through your own success and energy.

- A proven track record of delivering significant sales growth
- A true hunter mentality with the drive to win new business and grow existing accounts
- Highly analytical, comfortable owning sales performance and using data to drive decisions
- Confident, engaging and able to build credibility with customers and colleagues alike
- Enthusiastic, resilient and self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Commercially-minded with an interest in technology and innovation
The Role:
- Drive sales growth across the UK and Ireland
- Support, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy
- Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and take ownership of key commercial metrics
- Regular travel to the Dublin office, alongside travel throughout the UK to support the wider team and customers
