We are looking for a proactive and driven Veterinary Sales Manager to lead growth and nurture key partnerships across Austria. This is a high-impact position where you will aggressively identify new business avenues to increase market share while deepening existing client relationships. As the face of the brand, you will conduct a mix of in-person and digital consultations to understand client challenges and provide bespoke, high-value solutions. A vital part of this role involves acting as a bridge between the market and the business; you will collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, and Customer Service to share feedback that shapes future product road maps. You will be responsible for hitting ambitious sales targets, requiring a data-driven mindset and precise reporting to ensure regional growth aligns with the company’s global strategy.


Required experience:


  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience. A background in med-tech or veterinary sales is a major advantage, but not essential
  • A proven track record in problem-solving and client-centric sales
  • Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, whether in person, over the phone, or via virtual platforms
  • Native-level fluency in German and high proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a bonus
  • Comfortable with a high-travel schedule (60-80%) to maintain a strong presence within the territory
