The Role

As an Agricultural Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for farmers and customers, supporting them with the installation, onboarding and training of both hardware and software solutions. You'll also be involved in trial work carried out on-farm, making this a varied role that combines technical support, training and hands-on agricultural experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support farmers and customers with product installation and onboarding
• Deliver training on both hardware and software solutions
• Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and success
• Assist with trial work carried out on-farm
• Build strong relationships while upselling solutions where appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Strong agricultural background (dairy knowledge advantageous)
• Comfortable working on-farm and around livestock (experience handling livestock is a plus)
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• A proactive team player with good organisational and problem-solving ability
• Passionate about the agricultural industry and supporting farmers
