Job Title - Veterinary Sales Manager

We are partnering with an innovative, fast-growing international business in the animal health space and excited to be supporting the search for a Veterinary Sales Manager across the Netherlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines a passion for animals with strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills.
You’ll take ownership of a key territory across the Netherlands, driving growth by building meaningful customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where your impact will be visible and rewarded.
Your Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and market dynamics. You will position yourself as a key partner, ensuring consistent value delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across your assigned region, driving market share growth and strengthening brand presence. Through a combination of in-person meetings and virtual engagement, you will build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, R&D, and Operations to share market insights, relay customer feedback, and contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
Alongside relationship management and business development, you will be accountable for achieving regional sales targets and ensuring accurate reporting and data management to support strategic decision-making.
