We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established global pet nutrition company seeking to grow their veterinary sales team with a passionate, commercially driven Territory Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential region, driving sales performance while supporting veterinary practices with both commercial and nutritional solutions. You’ll work closely with veterinary teams, delivering value through education, business planning, and product expertise.
This role will be well-suited to someone with a scientific sales background or a veterinary nurse with commercial acumen looking to take a step into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow veterinary accounts across Essex, Peterborough, and Cambridge
- Educate veterinary professionals on products
- Support clinics with merchandising, business reviews, and commercial growth initiatives
- Build and manage your own sales call calendar to ensure consistent territory coverage
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Develop joint business plans with clinics to drive engagement and long-term growth
- Represent the brand at veterinary trade events, CPD seminars, and conferences (some overnight travel required)
Skills & Experience Required:
- Scientific qualification (A-levels or BSc preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous
- Knowledge of the veterinary industry is highly desirable
- Confident presenter with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
