Commercial Manager - Animal Health/Agriculture

Field-Based - Covering Ireland

I'm working with an established and trusted business with an outstanding reputation among farmers and the wider agricultural and animal health market. They've seen impressive growth in recent years, and the next phase could be even bigger.


This is a rare opportunity for a Commercial Manager to lead the Ireland territory with full autonomy, real influence and genuine long-term progression.


The Role

  • Manage and grow key merchant, trade and B2B accounts
  • Drive new business opportunities across Ireland
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and commercial partners
  • Help forecast supply and demand to support production planning and maximise territory performance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver commercial success
  • Manage your own diary and territory strategy with freedom to succeed
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of farm and equine products
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows


Who They're Looking For:

  • Strong agricultural or animal health background
  • Self-motivated with plenty of commercial drive
  • Sales experience within agriculture, animal health or a related sector
  • Existing relationships with merchant/trade accounts is desirable
  • Open to strong direct-to-farm sales professionals with industry knowledge and a strong network
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, proactive and ready to step into a bigger role
  • Full UK driving licence required


Package:

  • Up to €75,000 base salary (DOE)
