Ruminant Veterinary Territory Manager

Would you like the autonomy to run your own territory, build trusted relationships with veterinary practices and farmers, and play a key role in growing a ruminant portfolio?

I am looking for a motivated Territory Manager to develop the business across the Northern Counties of the Republic of Ireland. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll work closely with veterinary practices to support herd health strategies. The territory offers strong growth potential, particularly with a major new product launch planned next year, making it an exciting time to join the business.

This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their territory, building credibility with veterinary teams and developing long-term partnerships within the farming community.

Renumeration Package:

• €50,000 – €65,000 base salary
• 30% bonus opportunity
• Company car
• 25 days annual leave + public holidays
• Pension, private healthcare and life assurance

Requirements:

• Experience in animal health sales, veterinary practice in the ruminant sector (preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills with vets and farmers
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to territory management
• Ability to, and willingness to, travel across the territory with possible overnight stays
• Full driving licence
