We are looking for an experienced, driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team and help us continue our substantial growth through strategic business development and exceptional client and candidate care.

The Role: UK Based Fully Remote, Globally Connected

This is a remote position designed for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy. While you will manage your desk from home, your impact will be felt across the industry through high-level communication and strategic networking.

• Project-Oriented Approach: You will work exclusively in partnership with clients, allowing for a detail-oriented process that truly understands company culture before sourcing talent.
• Relationship First: You’ll manage the full lifecycle, proactively sourcing, headhunting and screening candidates to briefing them on benefits and maintaining contact through to final placement.
• Strategic Growth: You will identify new business opportunities and use a consultative approach to promote Noble Futures to industry leaders.

Travel & Engagement

This role offers the perfect blend of remote work and professional travel:

• Team Connection: Join the team for quarterly sales meetings held across the UK
• Client & Industry Presence: Regular travel to off-site client meetings, industry conferences, and events to strengthen commercial ties.
• European & Global Scope: While we are UK-based, our footprint is truly international. One-third of our placements over the last year were across Europe. You’ll have the opportunity to travel both within the UK and internationally to support this growth

Is this you?

• You know the industry: You have a genuine interest in, or experience with, the Animal Health or Agricultural sectors.
• You have a track record: You’ve already shown you can thrive in an agency recruitment environment and you’re motivated by the challenge of hitting and exceeding targets.
• You’re a "people person": You can build genuine, long-term relationships through honest communication and a professional, accountable approach.
• You’re organised and independent: You’re comfortable working autonomously from your own space, but you’re also a team player who pays close attention to the small details.
• You’re ready for the road: You love the flexibility of remote work but are genuinely excited to travel when needed to see clients or catch up with the team.
