National Key Account Manager – UK (Veterinary)

Remote | UK-wide travel


Noble Futures is partnering with a well-established, international business to recruit a Key Account Manager for the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong heritage, ambitious expansion plans, and a reputation for quality across global veterinary markets.

This role is ideal for an experienced, commercially driven professional who thrives on building strategic relationships and delivering measurable growth within the veterinary sector.


The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships across the UK, working with corporates, buying groups, and wholesalers. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

This is a remote role with regular travel to clients, industry events, and occasional overnight stays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing developments
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
  • Support wider sales team objectives and contribute to overall business growth


About You

  • Proven strong track record in veterinary sales, key account management, or similar
  • Strong network within the UK veterinary industry, including corporates and buying groups
  • Commercially astute with solid financial understanding
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on insights
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
