Are you a ruminant nutrition specialist who excels at translating rigorous science into measurable on farm success?

Noble Future are working in partnership with a leading animal nutrition business to find a dynamic, commercially minded Technical Product Manager to drive their  Research and Development pipeline and champion their next generation of innovative nutritional solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the lifecycle of innovative formulations from high-energy molasses lick blocks to advanced premixes, overseeing everything from initial literature reviews to global market commercialisation.

In this role you will manage vital trial pipelines in laboratory settings and on commercial farms, collaborating with prominent national research institutions and strategic international partners. Your mission is to validate products that deliver unmistakable return on investment for farmers, such as driving daily milk yields and improving feed efficiencies across the Irish agricultural landscape.

Requirements:

• An excellent understanding of cattle digestion (rumen fermentation), feed formulation, and animal health
• Willingness to attend major agricultural shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the brand, while actively providing technical support, on farm backup, and scientific credibility to the sales team
• Knowledge of the Irish dairy/beef sectors (especially grass-based systems) and a grasp of international livestock markets
• Ability to translate nutritional data into clear, practical farming advice
