Our client is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to spearhead market expansion and cultivate high-value partnerships within the South of Germany. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for identifying and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities to capture market share while simultaneously strengthening brand loyalty through dedicated relationship management. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will conduct frequent in-person and virtual engagements to diagnose unique client needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. A core component of this position involves high-level collaboration with internal departments including Customer Service, R&D and Operations to relay critical market insights and customer feedback that directly influence future product development. You will be held accountable for achieving ambitious regional sales and financial targets, requiring a disciplined approach to data management and precise reporting to ensure all activities align with our clients overarching strategic objectives.


Required experience:


  • At minimum 5+ years relevant sales experience required; medical/veterinary field preferred but not required
  • Proven Sales/Customer Service and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused with strong client-facing and verbal/written presentation & communication skills as well as strong phone contact handling ability
  • Able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to targeted customer base as well as proven  relationship building and inside sales experience
  • The official language of your region and very good verbal and written communication in English; any additional language is a plus
  • 60-80% of travel
