What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships in partner clinics across the South of England, delivering engaging training sessions, lunch & learns, and seamless onboarding for new practices
- Become the go-to technical expert across a growing companion animal product portfolio — from formulation queries and product performance to competitor insights and market positioning
- Travel internationally to support distribution partners with high-quality technical training (with approximately one week in five dedicated to fully expensed overseas travel)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to develop impactful training materials, ensuring all content is clinically robust and aligned with Veterinary Medicines Directorate regulations
- Play a key role in shaping new product development by providing real-world clinical insight and customer feedback
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums, building your profile as a trusted technical voice
Requirements:
- MUST be an Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) registered veterinarian with 2+ years’ clinical experience
- Comfortable with a highly field-based role involving >50% travel (across the South of England and internationally, primarily Europe)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills with an interest in education, training, and client engagement
- No prior commercial experience required, ideal for a vet looking to transition from clinical practice into industry
