We’re seeking a Territory Manager to join a leading name in veterinary medical sales, covering Northern Germany. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of supporting veterinary practices with cutting-edge solutions that truly make a difference to animal care.

You’ll take full responsibility for your region, building strong relationships with clients and helping them improve patient outcomes through tailored product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with veterinary clinics across Northern Germany
  • Drive new business while supporting and expanding existing client accounts
  • Present tailored solutions that highlight the real-world benefits to veterinary teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic territory growth plans
  • Share feedback and insights to support marketing and product development
  • Participate in product launches and confidently present ROI to stakeholders
  • Keep your CRM updated with accurate activity and pipeline management
  • Own your territory performance and consistently work toward sales goals


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment (industry background is flexible)
  • A consultative, relationship-led sales style
  • A real passion for animal health and a desire to grow your career in the veterinary sector
  • Science or life sciences qualification desirable
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region
  • A full, valid driving licence
