Managing Director

Location - Ireland (Hybrid)

A rapidly expanding and highly innovative dairy-focused agricultural business is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead and scale its Irish operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for the Irish business. Reporting to group leadership, you will take ownership of revenue growth, operational performance, team leadership and overall P&L delivery, while shaping the next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

You will initially spend time on site at the manufacturing facility to embed yourself within the team and operations, before moving into a more autonomous hybrid structure.

The Role

You will have full accountability for the strategic and commercial direction of the Irish business, including:

• Developing and executing a clear growth strategy
• Full P&L ownership, including budget management and delivery of growth and EBITDA targets
• Leading and motivating the commercial team
• Driving revenue across both direct-to-farm and distributor channels
• Owning and improving overall business performance and profitability
• Embedding structure, process and operational discipline
• Ensuring strong health, safety and regulatory standards
• Identify new market opportunities and staying ahead of competitor activity

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with the credibility to operate at farm-level while engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
