Noble Futures is currently partnering with a UK-based MedTech pioneer that is doing something nobody else has managed: curing sight-threatening infections in 5 seconds without using a single drop of antibiotics. Following a standout performance at a major ophthalmology innovation event and a successful launch into the veterinary market, this team is scaling fast. They’ve replaced traditional chemical treatments with targeted UVC physics, and they need a Territory Sales Manager to help take this handheld revolution global.

As their representative on the ground, you won’t just be "selling" a product; you’ll be educating Surgeons and Veterinary Specialists on a drug-free alternative to antimicrobial resistance. You’ll be the bridge between a world-class R&D team and the clinicians who are saving sight every day.

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ sales experience within the animal health industry
• Veterinary, animal science, or related scientific background
• Proven success in consultative selling and relationship management
• Experience managing a sales pipeline end-to-end
• Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills

Desirable

• Existing relationships with corporate veterinary groups, referral centres, or ophthalmologists
• Experience selling medical or specialist veterinary devices
